RETURN

At RusticWeave, it’s our constant endeavour to provide you with the best customer service possible each time you shop with us, if at all you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order for a full refund of the paid price. We only accept returns for products purchased directly from RusticWeave website. Any return request for products purchased from our indirect online and offline distributors will be declined by us.

At RusticWeave we have 7 days Refund policy, it gives you an option to return items purchased from RusticWeave.com for any reason within 7 days of receipt of the item. Once refund is approved, we will credit the refund amount with in 7 working days.

Exchange – We do not have any exchange policy

GUIDELINES FOR A VALID RETURN:

• Returns must be initiated within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be returned unused, with original tags intact, and in their original packaging.
• Product must be unused.
• Products must be in an unwashed and in undamaged condition.
• Shipping and handling fees will be deducted based on order weight: Rs 150 for less than 1kg and Rs 250 for over 1kg.
• An additional 5% of the total order cost is deducted as a non-refundable transaction fee.

Please Note: For all claims related to receiving missing items or wrong product, we advise you to share a video evidence of unboxing and raise the issue within the 24 working hours from the date of delivery. We may not be able to entertain claims of missing product being received without a video proof of unboxing.

We will send you a confirmation email as soon as we receive the shipment at our warehouse and it passes our quality check.

Returns are done free of cost if wrong products (incorrect style), wrong sizes (size other than that ordered) or damaged products are received by the customer. After receiving the returned product, we will do a quality check of the product at our end. If the picked-up product does not pass the quality check, we will ship it back to you.

TO RETURN A PRODUCT TO RUSTICWEAVE, PLEASE FOLLOW THESE STEPS:

To raise a return request please drop us an email on customercare@rusticweave.com and we will process your request. Kindly share Order id, product name and product SKU on the email to avoid confusion.

Our courier partner will pick up the product from your doorstep. 

FAILURE OF PRODUCT PICK-UP.

We make three attempts to pick up the item, if the item is not picked up in the third attempt, Pickup request will be marked as failed. For more details, please call our customer care no.: +91 97722 21112

NOTE:

1) We will not be responsible if wrong product is handover by you to the delivery person at the time of pickup.

2) The customer needs to self-ship the goods from their side and we will reimburse the shipping costs (Max - Rs.100) if the pin code is non-serviceable for reverse pickup.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Customer Cancellations:

Prepaid and COD Orders: You can cancel orders within 24 hours of placement. For prepaid orders, we can issue a credit note or replace the item with another product of equal value.

RusticWeave Cancellations:

Reasons: We may cancel orders due to unavailability of materials, incorrect listings, or suspected fraudulent activities.

Refunds: For prepaid orders canceled by us, the full amount will be refunded to the registered bank account. Customers will be notified via email.

Cancellation Charges:

Cancellations after placing prepaid orders will incur a 2-3% charge (payment gateway fees).

Credit Note Validity:

Credit notes issued for cancellations or exchanges are valid for 90 days.
